Michael has 10 years of experience in public and private markets, including long/short equity investing at Polar Capital and M&A at Goldman Sachs.

Stephen previously worked within the complex products structuring team at Partners Group and is responsible for bringing his private markets expertise to Hedgehog’s proposition.

Vanessa has 25+ years experience in financial compliance, including former roles at Octopus Investments, Newton Investment Management, M&G and the FCA.

Ole has 15 years industry experience at a number of early stage startups, such as Skype and as the Head of Product for Monzo Bank.

Django has worked at Bulb, where he also launched their Electric Vehicle charging app, and previously he worked at IBM.

Rob has over 25 years industry experience. Previous roles include Head of Design at Hailo and, most recently, Trainline.

Lisanne has worked within the global marketing teams of apps like Trainline and BlaBlaCar, setting up brand guidelines and leading design teams.

Jess is a mixed methods researcher with an academic background in psychology. She has 8+ years experience helping early stage startups to understand and connect with their users.

Jakub works in our engineering team as a front and back end engineer. With 4 years experience, Jakub most recently worked for Jumio as a front end developer.

With nearly a decade's experience working with both early stage startups and larger enterprises across the stack, Anthony joined us after working in the web team at Trainline.

With a decade of experience in software development, Joe brings expertise in Cloud Infrastructure as well as Machine Learning from his previous roles at Codeherent & VortX.
